- A High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- A bachelor's degree from an institution of higher learning accredited by the U.S. Department of Education through one of its regional accrediting agencies is required; the primary focus of education must be in Public Administration, Construction Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Seven (7) years of experience in one or more of these fields may be substituted as determined by the Department Director.
- Four (4) years of supervisory experience.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable under the City of Branson's motor vehicle coverage when operating a vehicle as a part of the position.
- A passing grade on the written portion of the Class A or B CDL exam is required before employment.
- Must pass the driving portion of the Class A or B CDL exam with tanker endorsement within six (6) months of start date.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Missouri as issued by the State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers.
