The expected annual salary range for this role is $71000 - $105000 a year.

Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. Position Overview:
Serves as the customer’s advocate for Mobility Group North America customers ensuring that superior levels of customer service are delivered for the assigned account responsibilities. This includes efficient and effective order management that provides on-time and complete shipments of products. This is achieved through monitoring customer requirements, problem resolution, and communicating effectively. Additionally, this includes reviewing inventory availability and coordination of shipments with Eaton manufacturing sites and distribution locations.
The role requires balancing customer priorities, analyzing supply chain constraints, and driving rapid resolution of complex fulfillment challenges
## In this function you will:
- Maintain (enter, follow up) customer order entries and monitor status daily to manage late issues
- Prioritize multiple customer requests and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Instruct Warehouse on Order Fulfillment and/or Inventory Replenishment
- Answer customer inquiries for capacity increases and safety stock requests
- Answer customer inquiries for new products and lead times
- Price confirmation and entry
- Coordinate transportation and shipping activities to support customer delivery requirements.
- Coordinate material and purchased component availability with purchasing and communicate with the customers
- Analyze customer demand, inventory, capacity, and shipment data to proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Use ERP systems, Excel, and reporting tools to analyze order fulfillment performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision making.
- Maintain Records, Transactions, and Inquiries
- Investigate order management exceptions, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions to improve customer experience and operational performance.
- Act as a Company Ambassador
- Understand our customers’ needs through quality conversations and follow up calls
- Report to supervisors and managers conditions or practices that are unsafe to the company and its employees
- Keep the Customer Service Manager informed of any areas of concern.
- Use ERP and reporting tools to investigate order fulfillment issues and recommend corrective actions
- Partner with planning, production, logistics, and quality teams to resolve complex supply chain challenges.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, translating technical and operational information into clear actions
## Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required.
- Minimum 3 years experience supporting OEM and/or Tier 1 automotive customers.
- Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, customer service, demand management, or manufacturing operations.
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Carol Stream, IL will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
- Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.

- Develops in-depth understanding of Vehicle Group products, markets and customer channels.
