Roles and Responsibilities

Perform customer registration activities and technical-economic analyses of sales proposals, providing support to customer needs by offering the most suitable product according to its application. Contribute to the effectiveness of the Sales area by ensuring compliance with established standards, procedures, and guidelines.

• Register and update customer information in internal systems, ensuring that all data is complete, organized, and aligned with the company's commercial policies.
• Support the preparation of quotations and commercial proposals by gathering required information, adjusting technical data, and assisting in defining lead times and commercial conditions.
• Monitor the progress of quotations, tracking stages, responses, and pending items, while conducting proactive follow-ups with customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth process flow.
• Organize commercial documents, spreadsheets, and records, maintaining a structured information flow and ensuring data traceability and availability.
• Support the department's administrative and operational activities, including internal controls, system updates, task organization, and responding to team requests.
• Assist in the analysis of market opportunities and trends by collecting data, benchmarking competitors, and providing insights to support commercial decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Finance, Engineering, Logistics, and Supply Chain to facilitate the exchange of critical information required for proposal development and customer support.
• Maintain up-to-date institutional documents and customer qualification records, ensuring compliance with technical, commercial, and financial requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and updating of commercial reports, providing information that supports performance analysis, decision-making, and sales planning.

What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications, skills, and motivations:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated mindset.
• Commitment, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of additional languages, such as Spanish and English, is desirable.
• Knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage.
