Job Description
A successful and growing consumer electronics distributor is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner directly with the CEO and help drive strategic initiatives across the organization.
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys solving problems, managing complex projects, and turning ideas into action.
The Chief of Staff will serve as the CEO’s trusted right hand, taking ownership of high-priority initiatives, coordinating across departments, conducting research, managing external relationships, and ensuring important projects move from concept through completion.
Projects may range from researching international expansion and coordinating legal and banking requirements to helping launch new business initiatives, improving internal processes, and following up with stakeholders across the organization.
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. It is best suited for someone with strong judgment, exceptional follow-through, and the ability to operate independently across both strategic and tactical matters.

- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accountability
- Identify roadblocks and proactively develop solutions
- Improve systems, processes, communication, and project tracking
- Take ownership of initiatives that do not naturally fall within one department
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Qualifications
- Experience working directly with a CEO, Founder, President, or business owner
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to independently manage cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business judgment and problem-solving ability
