Description
NurseCore is seeking an Overnight Skilled Tracheostomy Nurse to provide one-on-one care for an adult male patient in the comfort of his home (89115).
Must have recent hands-on experience caring for patients with G-tubes and tracheostomies and demonstrate competency with both.

Must have recent hands-on experience caring for patients with G-tubes and tracheostomies and demonstrate competency with both.
Pay:
- LPN: $27/hour
- RN: $40/hour
- 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Provide tracheostomy care and monitoring.
- Perform airway assessments and suctioning as needed.
- Administer and monitor oxygen therapy.
- Administer medications as ordered.
- Provide G-tube care and enteral feedings.
- Manage Foley catheter care.
- Monitor wound care needs.
- Perform ongoing assessments to ensure patient safety.
- Recent hands-on experience caring for patients with G-tubes and tracheostomies.
- Active Nevada LPN or RN license.
- Minimum of one year of post-graduate nursing experience.
- Current hands-on BLS/CPR certification.
- Negative TB test completed within the past year.
