Camunda 7 Developer (Senior)

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Camunda 7 Developer to join our team, focusing on designing, implementing, and maintaining business process automation solutions using the Camunda platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing process models with BPMN for workflow automation and DMN for decision automation, ensuring seamless integration with the organization’s IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business process automation, with strong expertise in Java development and AWS deployment. They will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with business analysts to translate requirements into executable process models while optimizing performance and managing deployments in a DevOps setting.

Contract Length: 1 year, with possibility of extension or conversion to FTE

Hours: 8am to 5pm

Pay: T4 $: 74-77 / IC $85-88

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, model, and implement BPMN workflows and DMN decisions using Camunda Modeler.
• Install, configure, deploy, and manage Camunda 7 in production environments.
• Integrate Camunda workflows with Java microservices using Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP APIs supporting automated processes.
• Optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for workflow performance.
• Deploy Camunda BPM solutions on AWS in cloud-native and managed configurations.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and single sign-on for enterprise workflow systems.
• Containerize BPM solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Troubleshoot issues within Cockpit and managed production environments.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable automation.
• Document solution designs, implementation details, and operational procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience with Camunda BPM and business process development.
• Expert-level Java/J2EE development skills, including Spring, Hibernate, REST, and multithreading.
• 2+ years of AWS experience, including EC2, RDS, IAM, Lambda, and S3.
• Proficient in BPMN and DMN modeling with the Camunda toolset.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong background in SQL and database performance tuning.
• Working knowledge of microservices architecture and system integration.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and security frameworks.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Git, Jenkins/Maven, and CI/CD workflows.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Camunda BPM and business process development.

EDUCATION

• University degree in Computer Science.
