As part of its growth, ARROW ECS is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Business Development Associate.

What you will be doing at ARROW ?

• Engage with inbound and outbound MQLs through calls, emails, and social outreach to assess interest, needs, and buying intent  

• Qualify leads based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline) and convert them into SQLs for the sales team  

• Collaborate closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality, campaign performance, and targeting  

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics)  

• Nurture leads through the early stages of the sales funnel to build a strong and consistent pipeline  

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts when relevant  

• Meet and exceed KPIs related to lead conversion rates, pipeline generation, and activity levels  

• Stay informed on IT products, solutions, and market trends to effectively position offerings 

Who are we looking for?

• 1–3+ years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development within the IT/Tech industry  

• Proven track record of converting MQLs into SQLs or generating qualified pipeline  

• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, particularly in IT solutions or services  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)  

• Experience using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
