Import Export Supervisor

The Import-Export Leader/Supervisor is responsible for managing end-to-end import and export operations within a PEZA-registered environment (Lima Technology Center). This role ensures compliance with PEZA and customs regulations, oversees shipping activities (small/heavy parcels), and leads a team to deliver efficient and timely logistics operations.

About the job:

• Oversee daily import/export activities, shipment planning, and coordination with forwarders, brokers, and carriers.
• Ensure proper processing of PEZA permits (IP, EP, LOA) and maintain audit-ready documentation in line with regulations.
• Manage air, and sea shipments, ensuring cost efficiency, accuracy, and on-time delivery
• Supervise Import, Export, Small Parcel, and PEZA processing teams; manage workload, performance, and development.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth logistics and strong service performance.
• Ensure accuracy of shipping documents and provide regular performance and compliance reports.
• Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels

About you:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field
• 5+ years of work experience in import/export operations and 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong experience in PEZA operations and compliance
• Knowledge of customs regulations, shipping processes, and SAP
