The Role
- Support the Venue Manager across daily operations, leading the team on shift and driving standout guest experiences
- Take full control of the floor during peak trade, maintaining service, safety, and compliance standards
- Step confidently into Manager on Duty — handling incidents, guest needs, and team performance in the moment
- Motivate and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
About You
- Proven experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in a fast-paced hospitality venue
- Current RSA (or willingness to obtain)
- A natural leader who stays calm under pressure and brings out the best in their team
- Genuinely driven to build a long-term career in hospitality management
