About the Role

 

We're looking for a proactive and curious Regional HR Specialist/ Senior Specialist to support our Southeast Asia (SEA) HR transformation agenda.

 

This role sits at the intersection of people, technology, and transformation. You'll help drive initiatives across AI adoption, process improvement, workforce productivity, digital HR solutions, and capability building while partnering with stakeholders across the region. 

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

 

• Support regional transformation initiatives across AI, automation, and digital HR
• Partner with SEA markets to improve processes and drive adoption of new ways of working
• Develop resources, playbooks, communications, and learning materials to scale AI & automation solutions across the regions
• Analyse data, prepare insights, and support reporting to inform decision-making
• Identify opportunities to simplify, harmonise, and improve employee and HR experiences across markets

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

 

• Experience in HR transformation, HR operations, L&D, project management or related fields
• Experience using Microsoft applications and using AI/automation to improve work processes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable working with data and turning insights into action
• Curious about technology, AI, and continuous improvement
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, regional environment

Nice to Have

 

• Exposure to digital transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Power BI and Power Automate
• Experience working across multiple countries or stakeholder groups
