Job Purpose |

|
This role is responsible for contributing to the improvement of system quality across AIG’s core Policy Administration System (PAS), which manages the company’s primary insurance products, as well as its associated peripheral systems. Working closely with the owners and stakeholders of each system, the role is expected to propose optimal solutions from an application architecture perspective, promote effective system design, and drive continuous improvements in the quality of both the development process and migration deliverables. |

Educational Qualification |
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (required) • Project Management certification is preferred • Certifications related to insurance technology platforms or enterprise architecture are a plus |
|
Specific Qualifications |
• Japanese: Native or advanced business proficiency • English: Business-level proficiency |
|
Total Experience |
• 10+ years of combined experience in the insurance industry, technology, and/or business transformation initiatives • Proven track record of successfully delivering software solutions through the full lifecycle, from design to implementation • Strong understanding of and hands-on experience across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Understanding of key insurance business processes within the financial services industry, or a strong willingness and ability to learn them |
