What You’ll Do
- Review requirements and understand the system and business logic before testing.
- Identify suitable test scenarios and determine which types of testing should be performed.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, API, and other relevant testing activities.
- Prepare and maintain test cases, test data, and testing documentation.
- Log, track, and follow up on defects with developers and relevant stakeholders.
- Work independently on assigned testing tasks while collaborating closely with the development team.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and support delivery within two-week sprints.
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, and potential issues during the testing process.
Key Criteria
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing
- Strong hands-on software testing experience, with the ability to understand the system and independently determine the appropriate testing approach.
- Good knowledge of functional testing and relevant non-functional testing, with the ability to design and execute practical test scenarios.
- Strong proactiveness, ownership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Willingness to learn business logics
Work setup:
- Ho Chi Minh City (Ree Tower, Xom Chieu Ward): Vietnam business hours (8 AM – 5 PM) with a hybrid setup (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)#L
