At CCH&WC, you will find a supportive work environment, opportunities for professional development, and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team committed to high-quality care and respect for the rich heritage and traditions of the Umpqua Tribe of Indians.Duties and ResponsibilitiesConduct psychiatric assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for individuals diagnosed with mental health disorders.Prescribe and monitor medication regimens to manage psychiatric symptoms, following evidence-based practices.Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions, to help patients cope with and overcome mental health challenges.Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for patients.Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and strategies for managing symptoms.Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.RequirementsMaster's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with specialization in Psychiatric/Mental Health.Current certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.Valid state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in psychiatric/mental health settings.Strong knowledge of psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment modalities.Proficiency in prescribing and managing psychiatric medications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with patients and their families.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.Sound judgment and decision-making abilities, to provide safe and effective care.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Benefits Offered:Nesika Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Benefit - Eligible the first of the month following 60 days of employmentShort Term/Long Term Disability - Company paid401K – 7% Tribal Contribution - Eligible first quarter following 90 days of employment15K Life Insurance policy – Company paidFlexible Spending Account – Up to $3400.00Recuro Care (Telemedicine) – Company paid with Nesika medical enrollmentEmployee Assistance Program5 paid days and $3000 per 12 months of employment available for Continuing Medical Education directly relevant to your position.Fuel Discount Card – .20 cents off a gallon at the Seven Feathers Truck & Travel CenterCostco Reimbursement – up to $65.00 per yearPTO – Exempt employees are front loaded PTO at the beginning of each year according to the years of service accrual rate with a cap of 600 hoursYears of Service Recognition
