Safety, Equipment, Fleet, Warranty and Facilities Manager - WVC, UT

This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating company-wide safety programs, managing warranty processes, and maintaining all fleet, equipment, and facility operations. The position will serve as a central support resource to ensure our jobsites are operating efficiently, safely, and with the necessary tools and equipment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and coordinate safety training across all company operations 

• Oversee and manage all safety-related matters, including compliance, reporting, training, and inspections 

• Travel to active job sites a minimum of twice per month to support and ensure safety and operational standards 

• Coordinate and manage all warranty claims from initiation through resolution 

• Perform and oversee warranty inspections following Certificate of Occupancy (CofO), including responding to site-related warranty requests 

• Maintain and manage all company fleet vehicles to ensure proper functionality, condition, and compliance 

• Track and manage inventory of company tools, vehicles, trailers, and supplies 

• Provide timely and responsive support to all jobsites related to equipment needs, tool rentals, and required supplies 

• Coordinate the transportation and logistics of equipment, trailers, rentals, and other resources to support project demands 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants at the Printers Row building
