Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The Requisition to Pay Analyst will support the execution and follow-up of procurement activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of purchase requests, purchase orders, invoices, supplier updates and related operational activities.
This role will work closely with Project Managers, Finance, suppliers and internal teams to support Capital projects, ensure process compliance, follow up on pending items, and help maintain visibility through trackers, reports and operational controls.
Your Impact
As a Requisition to Pay Analyst your functions would consist of:
- Support the processing and follow-up of PRs, POs and related purchase activities.
- Review requests to ensure required information and documentation are complete before processing.
- Follow up on invoices, GRs, exceptions, GRIR items and tickets related to Capital Engineering projects.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Finance, suppliers and internal teams to resolve pending items and avoid process delays.
- Support supplier setup, supplier updates and documentation follow-up when required.
- Maintain and update trackers, reports and databases.
- Ensure activities are completed according to defined SLAs, KPIs and process guidelines.
- Escalate risks, blockers or delays to the senior analyst / coordinator when needed.
- Participate in meetings with PMs, suppliers and internal stakeholders to provide status updates or clarify process requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve ways of working, reporting, controls or process efficiency.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, International Business or related field.
Experience
- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, accounts payable, finance operations, supply chain, project administration or related areas.
- Intermediate Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with SAP, Ariba, myBUY, VIM or similar procurement / ERP tools is desirable.
- Advanced English, with ability to communicate with global stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with critical information accurately.
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Sense of urgency and follow-up discipline.
- Clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset, problem-solving skills and ability to escalate when needed.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Knowledge of SLAs, KPIs or operational reporting is a plus.
