About the Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FP&A Associate Manager to join our team in Turkey. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving financial planning and analysis activities for our operations in Turkey, contributing to strategic decision-making and business performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial planning and analysis function for the Turkey business unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

• Partner closely with business leaders and functional heads to provide insights and recommendations on financial performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.

• Drive the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and strategic priorities.

• Develop robust financial forecasts and variance analysis to support decision-making and performance tracking.

• Oversee the preparation of management reporting packages, highlighting key financial metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with the regional FP&A team to align strategies, share best practices, and drive consistency in financial processes.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the FP&A function, optimizing processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and economic factors to assess potential impacts on financial performance.

• Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required by senior management or corporate stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

• Min 4 years in financial planning and analysis roles within the FMCG or related industry, with a track record of delivering results.

• Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.

• Effective communication and influencing skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and financial modeling software.

• Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business performance and value creation.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Fluency in English and Turkish, both written and verbal.
