Customer Service Representative
D&D Plumbing, Heating, and AC — Midland, TX
D&D Plumbing, Heating, and AC is looking for a CSR/Dispatcher who can keep the board full and the customers happy. This is the voice of our company — the first person homeowners talk to and the person our field team depends on to keep their day running smoothly.

Pay & Schedule
$19.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience
Tuesday – Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturday 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls and convert them into booked service and install appointments
- Dispatch technicians and installers efficiently based on skill, location, and capacity
- Communicate with customers on arrival windows, delays, and job status
- Follow up on unsold estimates, memberships, and recall opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records and job notes in ServiceTitan
- Coordinate daily with the Plumbing Manager and Field Operations Manager on scheduling priorities
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and escalate when appropriate
Qualifications
- Customer service, call center, or dispatch experience preferred — home services experience is a strong plus
- Excellent phone presence and clear written communication
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Comfortable working in a CRM/dispatch software environment (ServiceTitan experience a plus)
- Dependable attendance and availability for a Tuesday–Saturday schedule
