RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to the production of valuation reviews on real property.

• Conduct research and analysis to support the preparation of valuation reviews.

• Research and assess property information.

• Building financial models.

• Research benchmark rates of return, including cap rates and discount rates.

• Inspect property and interview market participants.

• Prepare highest and best use land and property studies.

• Confirm the characteristics of different property types and ensure the correct property classification.

• Work as part of a team on client engagements on a portfolio of properties.

• Support the efforts of others in the practice to ensure exceptional service to our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree, preferable in finance, business, economics, mathematics or other quantitative fields.

• Strong understanding of financial modelling and valuation.

• Thorough understanding of financial statements and accounting.

• Strong computer literacy with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel skills.

• Good communications skill both written and oral.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment under time constraints.

• Excellent command of the English language.

• A valid driver’s license.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $ 63,750.00 - $75,000.00
