Avalon NDC - Inbound Team Lead (AM Shift)

We're on the lookout for a committed, motivated Team Leader who will be part of the inbound team at our Avalon National Distribution Centre - VIC. You will be joining a company with a great culture, where you will be supported. 

Day in the life…

• Manage daily work plans and prioritise tasks within your team
• To manage the standard operating procedures to meet planned KPIs 
• Proactively identify and undertake initiatives to drive improved efficiency, safety and service within your team
• Ensure compliance of safety policy and procedures (including HVNL/CoR)
• Utilise your knowledge of WMS dispatch systems, freight carrier software
• Provide training and guidance to the team through training, and ongoing support
• Assist in maintaining and developing warehouse operations systems and procedures for product handling and storage requirements, receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping

You have strong leadership and management skills, the ability to inspire staff and keep them motivated, capacity to improve warehouse efficiency's and make day to day processes better however most importantly, we're on the lookout for motivated, hard-working individuals who want to grow & build a career with us.
