Centerville Post Acute is seeking a dependable and compassionate Van/Appointment Driver to join our team. In this role, you will safely transport our patients to and from scheduled medical appointments while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a comfortable experience.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport patients to and from doctor's appointments and other scheduled medical visits.
- Assist patients with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed.
- Ensure patient safety during transportation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained company vehicle.
- Follow scheduled routes and appointment times.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff and appointment coordinators.
- Complete transportation logs and other required documentation.
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must maintain current automobile insurance.
- Stretcher van experience preferred.
- Ability to safely assist patients with mobility needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Experience transporting patients or working in healthcare is preferred but not required.
