Project Manager AMLR

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for an Anti-Money Laundering Regulation (AMLR) consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the AMLR track in collaboration with our client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement necessary adaptations to processes and tooling within the Belgian business unit to comply with the new EU AMLR guidelines.
• Drive execution on both business and IT sides to ensure compliance.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business and IT solutions.
• Assess the impact of new regulations on processes, systems, data, and governance, and create a clear implementation roadmap.
• Lead regulatory programs and collaborate effectively with business experts, compliance, legal, risk, data specialists, architects, and delivery teams.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, manage dependencies, and drive delivery while balancing regulatory deadlines with business priorities.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and build consensus across various business domains.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experienced professional with at least 5+ years of experience leading regulatory change and/or compliance-related initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into concrete actions while balancing business needs and operational realities.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Capability to assess the impact of regulatory change and translate these impacts into a clear implementation roadmap.
• Experience in driving long-term regulatory transformation while delivering tangible short-term results.
• Fluency in English and French and/or Dutch.
• Experience collaborating with business, compliance, legal, risk, data, and IT stakeholders.
