Legal activities related License & Permit:
• Provide proactive legal solution by Understand Organization Business Plan, understand related business process, identify and understand Organization needs, identify and understand regulations regarding business process, identify best scenario to be implied as a strategic plan regarding Organization form material
• Conduct the License & Permit Legal application process.
• Conduct the extension of License & Permit Legal, in accordance with applicable law.
• Conducts Legal Actions for all activities to fulfill Organization’s obligations regarding License & Permit Legal.
• Records and maintains the document of Permit and License Legal in BINUS Organization.
• Contribute in due diligence regarding License & Permit Legal in BINUS Organization.
• As a member of License & Permit’s Legal due diligence, shall giving active contribution during the due diligence process such as:
1. Conduct due diligence Activities as scenario and time line.
2. Produce High Quality due diligence Report.
3. Support all activities that necessary to improve current BINUS Legal condition.
Management Support Activities: • Provide Report to Direct Supervisor.
• Suggest improvement for operational process regarding License & Permit Legal area.
• Perform activities related to quality management system.
• Perform additional tasks as required by Direct Supervisor. General Requirement: • Minimum Bachelor degree (S1), major in Law
Work Exposure/ Experience: • Minimum 2 years working experience in related area Special Skill: • Understand and familiar Indonesian regulations especially in License & Permit.
• Understand and familiar with the process of License & Permit.
