Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that solutions are tailored effectively to support organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to application development, focusing on creating efficient and reliable systems that enhance operational workflows and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of application features with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP HCM modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP HCM and other enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality assurance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
