You'll be instrumental in building an outbound sales engine — identifying accounts, crafting outreach campaigns, and qualifying leads — using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Apollo & Zoom. Your tasks
Prospecting & Outreach Execution
• Build targeted prospect lists based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), market trends, and existing customer data
• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate and qualify new business opportunities
• Create and run email sequences in HubSpot; monitor performance and optimize for better engagement
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and intent data sources to uncover strategic accounts and buying signals
• Personalize messaging based on industry, company behavior, and key personas
Sales & Marketing Alignment
• Collaborate with Marketing to tailor outreach scripts, subject lines, and call-to-action messaging for relevance and clarity
• Work with Sales to hand-off qualified leads and track pipeline development
• Maintain clean and accurate CRM data in HubSpot & Salesforce, ensuring pipeline stages are properly updated
• Participate in weekly prospecting reviews to evaluate performance, learnings, and areas of improvement
Tools & Tech Enablement
• Utilize HubSpot CRM and sequences for managing outbound workflows
• Use Apollo and Zoom for prospect research, data enrichment, and account intelligence
• Learn and leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting insights
• Suggest and test additional enrichment or outreach tools to improve efficiency and response rates
