JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the head coach, this position’s primary responsibility is to aid the head coach in day to day operations of the Swim program.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Provide instruction for practice and meets

• Assist in creation of training plans

• Assist in execution of meet strategies

• Identify highly qualified prospective student athletes

• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous Coaching Experience (1-2 years preferred)

• Collegiate swimming experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT & CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• 12-18 hours/week 

• May be required to lift up to 50 pounds

• Position requires work on weekends and/or nights

• Travel with the team during season is expected
