Job Description

As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be responsible for leading the preparation and delivery of detailed product information and impactful presentations, tailoring content to client needs.

Your role:

• Conducts comprehensive presentations and delivers product information to potential clients, ensuring clear communication of technical specifications and benefits while customizing content to address client-specific needs

• Enhances the CRM system to maintain accurate and current customer records, sales reports, and documentation, utilizing data for strategic decision-making and detailed reporting and analysis.

• Operates under limited supervision, applying independent judgment on significant matters to ensure project success and adherence to guidelines

• Provides expert technical assistance during critical client meetings and demonstrations, effectively addressing complex client queries and ensuring a seamless and positive experience

• Collaborates with the senior sales team to implement sales strategies, aiming to meet ambitious targets, grow market share, and drive revenue within the medical devices industry

You're the right fit if:

• You have a min. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or equivalent

• You bring not less than 4 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the medical devices industry

• You possess strong communication, presentation, and proactive problem-solving skills

• You’re quick to learn new concepts and processes, and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment

• You're fluent in English and Romanian

For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is an office role.
