Work Setup: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Full Onsite

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, network, and system-related issues while meeting established service levels.
- Lead and support the IT team by managing workloads, providing coaching, monitoring performance, and fostering a high-performing work environment.
- Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, cloud services, endpoint devices, and security systems to ensure reliability and business continuity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions, support system upgrades, and improve operational processes.
- Manage IT documentation, asset inventory, software licensing, and technical reports while ensuring compliance with company policies and security standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in IT operations, technical support, or infrastructure management.
- At least 1 year of experience leading or managing an IT support team.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, cloud platforms, and IT service management tools.
- Excellent English communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
