SUMMARY:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervises Warehouse Technicians in performance of their duties ensuring the expected standards of job performance, discipline and safety are met.
- Provides coaching to employees; participates in performance management discussions and in the selection process for staffing of future open positions.
- Provide oversight in the execution of daily warehouse operations, including the handling of goods receipts, goods issues, picklists, cycle counting, stock put away, logistics, and quality control/assurance.
- Coordinate contract employees responsible for the handling and processing materials and supplies, ensuring that the expected standards of job performance and safety are met as sites require.
- Maintain high Health, Environment, Safety & Security (HES&S) standards; lead and participate in activities supporting HES&S commitments.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, guidelines, and requirements related to warehousing and inventory control.
- 10% travel is expected to our regional warehouses
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Five (5) or more years’ warehousing or business relevant experience.
