## Aufgaben
- Lead engineering and advisory projects from planning through completion.
- Manage conceptual and basic engineering activities for industrial and PV manufacturing projects.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams across different project phases.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders during project execution.
- Support feasibility studies, technical assessments, and due diligence activities for new projects.
- Review engineering concepts, layouts, and technical documentation to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Identify project risks and coordinate mitigation measures in cooperation with the project team.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Projects, the Head of Engineering, and discipline leads.
- Contribute to project reporting, internal coordination, and decision-making processes within the PMO structure.
- Support the successful execution of international projects, including coordination across locations and cultures.
## Qualifikation
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Energy, or related discipline).
- Typically, 7–12 years of experience in engineering project management or engineering consulting.
- Experience managing industrial engineering or plant design projects.
- Experience with conceptual and basic engineering for industrial facilities is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of engineering project delivery processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Experience with project scheduling tools such as MS Project or equivalent.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
