Procurement Specialist

How you succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need to develop a deep understanding of the bank's business needs and procurement strategies. You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supplier optimization. By leveraging your analytical skills, market knowledge, and negotiation expertise, you'll drive procurement excellence and contribute to the bank's success.

What you do

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and process improvements
  • Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and procurement data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify procurement needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure best value for the bank
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures


Who you are

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance or supply chain management
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and influential skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
