Job Description:

** South Florida / Hybrid position **

Summary
The Senior Manager Finance is responsible for the analytical review of all of the Finance and Accounting Support functions for Ryder's Operations and Maintenance groups, including financial analysis and planning, financial reporting, month end close and variance analysis. Will serve as the financial consultant and liaison between leadership and operations.

Essential Functions

• Analytical review/Corrective Action:
  1. Review Financial and Operational results
  2. Comparison of Actual results to Plan and/or Forecast
  3. Act as Financial Advisor to Group Director and Chief Operating Officer

• Financial Reporting:
  1. Financial integrity of region, business unit and location results
  2. Coordination between Headquarters and Field

• Planning:
  1. Monthly forecasting
  2. Annual planning

Additional Responsibilities

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation Information:

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:

Pay Type:

Salaried

Minimum Pay Range:

$126,000.00

Maximum Pay Range:

$134,000.00
