We’re currently looking for a 2nd Shift Customer Service Representative to join our team in a full-time role. This entry-level position is perfect for someone interested in launching a career in logistics and sales. You'll begin by supporting our customers and internal operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding shipments, scheduling, and service updates
- Enter and manage shipment details in our Transportation Management System (TMS)
- Coordinate with internal teams (dispatch, warehouse, carriers) to ensure timely deliveries
- Resolve customer issues and troubleshoot problems in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and assist in quoting logistics services
- Learn company services, pricing structures, and industry regulations
- Identify potential sales opportunities and support the outside sales team
- Participate in training and eventually shadow sales reps on client visits

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Customer service or logistics/transportation experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning logistics software (TMS, CRM, etc.)
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for future sales responsibilities
