We’re currently looking for a 2nd Shift Customer Service Representative to join our team in a full-time role. If you’re reliable, customer-focused, and bring a positive attitude to every shift, we’d love to meet you. This role is unique as it can be a steppingstone to a long-term career in logistics sales.

Available Shift: 

  • 2nd shift

This entry-level position is perfect for someone interested in launching a career in logistics and sales. You'll begin by supporting our customers and internal operations.


What You’ll Do:

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding shipments, scheduling, and service updates
  • Enter and manage shipment details in our Transportation Management System (TMS)
  • Coordinate with internal teams (dispatch, warehouse, carriers) to ensure timely deliveries
  • Resolve customer issues and troubleshoot problems in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate customer records and assist in quoting logistics services
  • Learn company services, pricing structures, and industry regulations
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and support the outside sales team
  • Participate in training and eventually shadow sales reps on client visits

Pay Transparency: Listed pay reflects actual total earnings for this role, including overtime, profit sharing, bonuses, and company paid retirement contributions. It does not include the value of other benefits like company-paid health, disability, and life insurance.

Requirements

  What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Customer service or logistics/transportation experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning logistics software (TMS, CRM, etc.)
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for future sales responsibilities
