Location: 21-560 Międzyrzec Podlaski, Poland (on-site, full-time)
DW OIL Polska is part of an international trading group specializing in paraffin wax, paraffin oils, and chemical raw materials. We act as a strategic link between Western and Eastern European markets and supply industrial customers and partners across Europe.
To strengthen our presence in Poland, we are seeking a reliable and experienced **Country Manager (m/f/d)** to oversee and control our local operations. This position reports directly to the company owner and represents the company on-site in Poland.
## Tasks
Your responsibilities
- Full operational management and supervision of DW OIL Polska
- Daily on-site presence in Międzyrzec Podlaski
- Execution and control of commercial and operational activities
- Supervision and coordination of sales and trading activities
- Monitoring contracts, pricing, and negotiations with customers and suppliers
- Ensuring proper operational, financial, and organizational control
- Identifying business opportunities and supporting business growth
- Direct reporting to the company owner
## Requirements
Your profile
- Proven experience in business operations, trading, or management
- Experience in chemical, petrochemical, or raw materials trading preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and commercial skills
- High level of responsibility, reliability, and loyalty
- Fluent Polish, Russian and English required
- German is an advantage
- Ability to work on-site daily in Międzyrzec Podlaski
- Strong understanding of the Polish market
