Director (Building & Infrastructure)

The Buildings & Infrastructure (B&I) Director – KSA is responsible for leading, growing, and elevating the B&I portfolio across the region. This is a high-impact strategic leadership role overseeing full product line performance—shaping the long‑term vision, delivering the annual P&L, and ensuring operational excellence across all service lines.

 

The Director is accountable for driving topline revenue growth and gross margin performance in close collaboration with regional leadership. This includes defining and executing commercial strategy, optimizing delivery models, and ensuring consistent, high-quality, and client-centric execution.

 

The role leads multidisciplinary teams across Asset Management, Infrastructure Technical Inspections, Project & Program Management, Environmental Services, and Commissioning, ensuring integrated and value-driven solutions across the project lifecycle.

 

The Director will also strengthen market presence across priority sectors including Hospitality, Entertainment, Tourism, Mega Projects, Developers, Contractors, Government Authorities, Urban Development, Smart Cities, Transportation Infrastructure, and Aviation, building strong strategic relationships and expanding market footprint in alignment with regional growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional B&I growth strategy aligned with regional and global product line priorities
• Drive portfolio expansion, revenue growth, and market penetration across all B&I service domains
• Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain full P&L accountability (revenue, sales, gross margin)
• Ensure delivery excellence in line with operational standards, KPIs, and quality requirements
• Oversee commercial activities including major pursuits, tenders, and key account development
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships across developers, government entities, and key stakeholders
• Establish strong operational governance frameworks, including performance tracking and reporting
• Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams, driving a high-performance culture
• Partner with leadership to build a robust talent pipeline within the B&I division
• Ensure strict adherence to technical governance, risk management, and quality procedures
• Uphold organizational values, ethics, and compliance standards

• In-depth knowledge of regional regulations, standards, and construction/infrastructure ecosystems

Experience & Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in the Buildings & Infrastructure / Engineering / Consultancy sectors
• Proven experience in senior leadership roles with full P&L responsibility
• Strong track record delivering projects and business growth across Middle East / Saudi Arabia
• Experience working with developers, government authorities, and major infrastructure stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage)
