Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for NorthShore Health Center in Portage, Indiana.

COMPENSATION

  • Base salary of $230,000-$270,000 based on experience.
  • HRSA student loan repayment eligibility.
  • Health insurance with 75% employer-paid coverage.
  • Dental, vision, life insurance, and malpractice coverage.
  • Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis.

POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
  • Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and preventive healthcare needs.
  • Coordinate specialty referrals and continuity of care.
  • Practice within a collaborative, team-based primary care model.
  • Focus on patient care while dedicated administrative staff manage operational support.
  • Deliver high-quality, relationship-based care in a mission-driven community health setting.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
  • Eligible for Indiana medical licensure.
  • Current or eligible DEA registration.
  • Commitment to outpatient primary care.
  • Strong communication and collaborative patient care skills.
