Description
We are seeking a Learning Experience Project Coordinator to support the day-to-day coordination and tracking of learning experience programs for the client. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain project timelines, coordinate meetings and status updates, and support the execution of learner engagement and experience activities.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication and follow-up skills who enjoys working across teams in a fast-paced environment. Entry-level candidates with solid project coordination fundamentals are encouraged to apply — backgrounds in administrative support, event or project coordination, marketing, HR, or operations translate well to this position.
Location: Remote (Costa Rica)
Contract Length: 12 Months
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM local Costa Rica time (40 hours/week)
- Support day-to-day project tracking across learning experience programs.
- Maintain timelines, task lists, and trackers, and follow up on deliverables across teams.
- Coordinate meetings, capture notes, and communicate status updates with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Assist with the execution of learner engagement and experience activities.
- Track basic metrics and support reporting efforts.
- Help document processes and identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency.
- Ensure clear, consistent communication and follow-through on action items across all program activities.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in project coordination, administration, or a related support role.
- Strong project coordination fundamentals, including managing timelines, action items, and stakeholder communications.
- Excellent organization, time management, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
Preferred
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Airtable, or similar platforms.
- Interest in learning programs, learner experience, events, or engagement initiatives.
- Background in Learning & Development or familiarity with the client's platform (nice to have, not required).
- Prior experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant, Project or Event Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, or in HR/Operations roles; recent graduates with internship experience will also be considered.

High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
