  • Student Success and Support: Coordinate university-wide efforts to support adult learners throughout the student lifecycle, in collaboration with advising, financial aid, enrollment, student affairs, and academic units to ensure a seamless student experience.
  • Academic Operations: Coordinate adult education initiatives across academic and administrative units and collaborate with faculty and college leadership to align course offerings and academic pathways with student demand.
  • Assessment and Continuous Improvement: Analyze enrollment, retention, and completion data for adult learners, develop recommendations that inform strategic planning and decision-making, and support institutional assessment efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Existing Programs: Provide oversight (for example, for curricular changes and degree sign-offs) and serve as key point of contact for Xavier’s current two undergraduate online degree programs (Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership) and two certificate programs that are housed in the College of Arts & Sciences.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master’s degree in Higher Education or related field
  • Five to ten years of relevant experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to master and organize details
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to manage multiple projects
