Role Summary

Anthropologie is adding to its team, and we are looking for a Social Media Co-Op to assist the Social Media content team in managing and producing strong social content for our @anthropologie, @maevebyanthro, @anthropologiehome, and @anthropologieweddings organic channels, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok.

 

The right candidate will have a strong understanding of social-first content, have experience in shooting video content on iPhone (and camera a plus,) basic video editing abilities, an elevated creative eye, and a passion for expressing brand creative through a social media lens!

Role Responsibilities

• Assist Social Media Associate with concepting, casting, shooting and being featured in TikTok videos for our @anthropologie, @maevebyanthro, and @anthropologieweddings channels
• Support Social Media Associate with quick video editing needs across all brands.
• Assist with song selection needs for TikTok and IG Reels across all brands from the TikTok and Meta Commercial Libraries.
• Support with pulling weekly influencer and UGC reposts for IG and TikTok.
• Assist with event coverage content capturing, editing, and publishing with guidance from Senior Manager and Social Media Associate.
• Brainstorm, monitor, and report on current TikTok content trends, competitor activities, and platform insights weekly.
• Publish TikTok videos to brand accounts Mon-Fri with guidance and support from Associate Manager.
• Manage product order process and place orders for commissioned creators and content.
• Log all product orders in monthly financial tracking doc.
• Assist team with content creator emails and briefs, providing product tracking, status asks, and invoice collection as needed.

Role Qualifications

• A positive and high energy individual with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Experience concepting, editing, and publishing video content for major social platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
• Experience working in a professional manner with influencers, content creators, or external contractors via written communication.
• Attention to detail and proven time management and organization skills.
• Self-motivated and proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
