About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who is more than a media buyer — someone who thinks like a growth strategist, acts like an owner, and brings the energy and creativity to make things happen. This role sits at the intersection of data, creativity, and commercial impact, working across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop to drive measurable growth. Role Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Paid Media

• Develop, own, and continuously optimise paid media strategies across search, social, video, and display — covering Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, TikTok Ads (including GMV Max and Video Shopping Ads), and relevant programmatic channels.

• Translate commercial goals — GMV targets, ROAS floors, category share ambitions — into channel-level media plans with clear budget allocation, KPI laddering, and performance milestones.

• Analyse performance data daily and weekly to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and underperforming areas; produce clear, insight-led recommendations that drive action rather than observation.

• Lead A/B testing and creative experimentation across ad formats, audiences, and bidding strategies to systematically improve efficiency and conversion outcomes.

• Monitor category and competitor dynamics on platform; propose proactive positioning adjustments to maintain and grow Haleon brands' share of voice and share of shelf online.

• Drive ROAS accountability across all paid activity, maintaining a minimum threshold discipline and escalating when spend is not delivering at required efficiency levels.

Agency Relationship Management

• Serve as the day-to-day primary point of contact for digital agencies and media partners, ensuring briefs are clear, timelines are met, and deliverables consistently reflect Haleon's quality standards.

• Set and track agency performance expectations through structured KPI frameworks; conduct regular performance reviews and hold agencies accountable to agreed outcomes.

• Facilitate alignment between agency outputs and internal stakeholders — including the Digital Commerce Lead, Lazada/Shopee KAM, TikTok KAM, and Affiliate Community Manager — ensuring no gaps between strategy and execution.

• Evaluate agency recommendations critically, bringing your own point of view and market knowledge to inform which strategies to adopt, refine, or challenge.

• Foster a partnership culture with agencies that rewards initiative and excellence, while maintaining clear expectations around speed, transparency, and commercial focus.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting

• Collaborate closely with the Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok KAM teams to align paid media activity with platform promotional mechanics, Brand Days, and campaign calendars — ensuring integrated execution rather than siloed campaigns.

• Partner with the Affiliate Community Manager to understand creator and affiliate driven traffic dynamics and integrate these insights into paid media planning.

• Build and maintain performance reporting dashboards that provide the Digital Commerce Lead with a clear, accurate, and timely view of media performance against targets.

• Proactively bring new ideas, market trends, and platform innovations to the team

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, or eCommerce — with a clear track record of managing paid campaigns that delivered measurable commercial results.

• Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Shopee Ads Manager, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads, or Google Ads.

• Strong analytical capability — comfortable pulling and interpreting data from multiple sources and translating it into clear business recommendations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Thai language

Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in the FMCG, consumer health, or OTC category — familiarity with Haleon brands is a strong advantage.
