Syntronic Production Services Canada is an electronic manufacturing services provider supporting the build, inspection, and delivery of electronic and electromechanical products. We are looking for a Quality Director to lead quality across the site and ensure our manufacturing processes, quality systems, and customer deliverables meet a high standard of performance. This role will be responsible for developing the quality team, improving the quality management system, supporting customer audits and escalations, and driving practical improvements across production, inspection, and supplier quality. The ideal candidate has led quality in an electronics manufacturing environment and knows how to build structure, accountability, and consistency without losing touch with daily operations.
