Detailed Responsibilities

Produce and maintain accurate sales forecasts for markets within the portfolio.Develop and maintain forecasts for New Product Launches (NPL) in collaboration with regional and affiliate Marketing teams.Conduct monthly KPI analysis to identify the root causes of forecast variances and support the implementation of corrective actions.Analyze historical data and contribute to improving forecast accuracy.Manage and maintain master data to accurately reflect product life cycles.Maintain promotional item usage plans in collaboration with affiliate Marketing teams.Support the Regional Demand Planning team in the preparation of S&OP / IBP meetings.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including the development and deployment of forecasting tools and processes.Collaborate with regional and local teams across EMEA to ensure alignment between demand forecasts and business priorities.

• ### Qualifications

• Student in an engineering school, business school or Master’s degree, ideally with a specialization in Supply Chain, Operations or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an international and multicultural environment.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI, including creating, updating and using reports, is a strong asset.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to confidently participate in English-language meetings and discussions.
