At Petro Serve USA, we believe strong relationships are the foundation of our business. We're looking for an outgoing, motivated Energy Sales Representative who enjoys meeting people, developing new business, and building long-term relationships with customers.

As an Energy Sales Representative, you'll represent Petro Serve USA's complete line of energy products and services, including bulk fuels, propane, lubricants, DEF, and other company offerings.

About the Role

This is a relationship-driven outside sales position serving commercial, agricultural, industrial, and residential customers throughout Petro Serve USA's service area.

You'll be responsible for developing new business while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships. You'll spend significant time meeting with customers, identifying their needs, recommending solutions, and working with our internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial, agricultural, industrial, and residential customers.
• Prospect and generate new business through referrals, networking, cold calling, community involvement, and relationship building.
• Promote Petro Serve USA's bulk fuels, propane, lubricants, DEF, and other products and services.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow up to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Prepare pricing proposals and recommend products and services based on customer needs.
• Work closely with dispatch, operations, customer service, accounting, and management to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Stay informed on products, pricing programs, market conditions, and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity information.
• Meet established sales, profitability, and customer growth goals.
• Represent Petro Serve USA professionally at customer meetings, community events, and throughout the markets we serve.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own priorities.
• Strong sales, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous outside sales, account management, or business development experience preferred.
• Petroleum, propane, agriculture, or related industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned service area.
