We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team as a Financial Analyst who will play a key role in financial reporting, performance analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional business partnership.
The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful business insights. Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, particularly Engineering, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Quality, this role will help drive informed decision-making, improve financial visibility, and support overall business performance.
Responsibilities
- · Analyze P&L statements, investigate variances, and identify key business drivers to support strategic decision-making.
- · Month-End Reporting: Drive month-end internal reporting processes by compiling financial results and translating raw data into clear commentary and actionable business insights.
- · Cross-Functional Business Partnering: Act as a financial liaison to other departments—particularly Engineering—helping non-finance teams interpret and leverage financial results, revenue impacts, and overall P&L performance.
- · Operational & Ad-Hoc Reporting: Develop ad-hoc reports utilizing non-financial and operational metrics (e.g., RMAs, quality issues, OTIF) to support supply chain, commercial, and quality initiatives.
- · Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the annual budgeting process by coordinating with various department heads, gathering data, and organizing key inputs.
Requirements
- · Experienced Senior or Manager-level background in corporate finance, FP&A, or accounting preferred.
- · Solid understanding of revenue recognition principles, specifically relating to service revenue (Time & Materials and Milestones), as well as cost deferrals and the matching principle.
- · Strong foundational finance background with a proven ability to independently read, interpret, and present P&L data.
- · Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly explain complex financial concepts to diverse, non-financial audiences.
- · Highly comfortable working with, managing, and extracting actionable insights from large, complex datasets.
- · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, modeling) and hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
