Working Student is a great opportunity to gain practical knowledge, and P&G offers this! In a working student engagement with P&G, you are expected to work up to 20 hours/week, hence working part time along with focusing on your university subjects as well. Get an opportunity to support our Fabric Care Media Department and gain first-hand experience in a multi-national company.

During your working student experience, get hands on experience on the projects and get a chance to be a part of collaborative global teams to deliver a bigger vision, while gaining knowledge and guidance by the experts themselves.

Job Description:

• As a working student in Brand Media, you will be given the opportunity to grow and learn from experienced professionals.
• You will be involved in executing strategies within your team, with growth expectations aligned with team performance.
• Your role will focus on specific tasks within the team, with clearly defined objectives.
• As a Brand Media Specialist, you will have the opportunity to shape how some of our most iconic brands connect with consumers, driving business growth through world-class media strategy and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and assist in executing strategies within your team.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas under guidance.
• Collaborate effectively within your team to maximize job impact and personal learning.
• Work under direct supervision, following well-defined precedents and policies.
• Plan and execute digital media campaigns across key digital platforms YouTube, Meta, Connected TV, TikTok etc.

Job Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

• Enrolled at a German University working towards your Bachelor / Master, preferably in Marketing, Media, Communication or related fields.
• Proficiency in English (C1), German skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of German media landscape, integrated media planning in an agency or experience with Digital & Programmatic Buying Platforms such as DV360 or The Trade Desk, Social Media, YouTube are appreciated.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership by approaching and solving challenges.
• Team oriented, with a “can do“ attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results and work collaboratively.
• Creative, innovative, strong in your initiative, follow-through, communication, and priority-setting.
• A willingness to learn and develop skills necessary for current job requirements.
• An understanding of relevant stewardship requirements and a commitment to act accordingly.
• A forward-thinking mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
