We are looking for an Internal Communications & Employer Branding Specialist to join our team in Beirut on a 6-month contract (subject to renewal for another 6 months).

General Description:

The Internal Communications & Employer Branding Specialist plays an active role in supporting and delivering internal communications, employer branding, and employee engagement initiatives. Working within the Internal Communications & Employer Branding team, the position contributes to the promotion of Murex's culture, values, and employer brand while helping drive employee engagement across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

Internal Communications

Provide communication support to various internal departments and corporate services functions, including HR, Finance, Travel, Office Management, and others.

• Support in the execution of the communication plans, including messaging, communication channels, target audiences, and timelines.
• Draft, edit, get necessary validation, and publish internal communications, announcements, email campaigns, pre-event and post-event communications, and promotional materials as needed.
• Maintain and update internal knowledge platforms, including SharePoint pages.
• Ensure communication archives, media libraries, and documentation are accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Support the coordination, promotion, and execution of internal activities and events.
• Create and manage registration forms and participation tracking mechanisms.
• Attend activities and events to ensure smooth execution and provide on-site coordination when needed.
• Gather participant feedback, monitor engagement metrics, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Prepare KPI dashboards, reports, presentations, and documentation for management and relevant stakeholders.

Employer Branding

Support employer branding initiatives that showcase company culture and employee experiences.

• Coordinate the production of recruitment and culture-related content, including videos, testimonials, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Manage the creation of social media content for local employer branding campaigns.
• Organize logistics, scheduling, filming, content collection, and distribution of employer branding assets.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure consistent employer branding messaging and visual identity.
• Coordinate the preparation of booths, promotional materials, and logistics for university events, career fairs, exhibitions, hiring campaigns, and observation programs.

Community Engagement & Volunteering Programs

• Support the planning and coordination of corporate volunteering initiatives and community engagement activities.

• Develop related communications, registration processes, participant coordination, and follow-up activities.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication throughout the lifecycle of each initiative.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, employer branding, event management, or a related area.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign) and photography is a plus.
• Experience creating communication materials, presentations, social media content, and visual assets.
• Experience in event coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft O365 (Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage)
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and reporting results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft O365 (Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage)
