The Content Production team is responsible for a wide range of tasks within our production process, including: converting content written by Curriculum Designers into an interactive online format used in IXL skills across five subjects; creating or sourcing images; uploading PDFs and other resources; and using spreadsheets and internal tools to format and enter accurate metadata for our content. As Content Production Manager, you'll lead the team of Content Production Specialists and partner closely with our Curriculum Designers to coordinate many simultaneous projects to meet our content development goals. This role has some technical aspects, so it's important that you are comfortable working with spreadsheets and markup languages such as HTML or XML (although coding experience is not required). #LI-EM1

- Monitor progress across projects and communicate project status to all stakeholders
- Design workflows and implement process improvements to ensure projects are completed efficiently and in accordance with our quality standards
- Troubleshoot technical issues in our production workflow and work with engineers to evaluate and improve our in-house tools
