Herb Gordon, part of the MileOne Autogroup, is now hiring a top-producing Finance Manager to join our elite Finance & Insurance (F&I) team. Finance Manager Responsibilities:

• Execute the dealership F&I sales process ensuring full compliance and disclosure
• Drive profitability through the sale of finance products, service contracts, and protection plans
• Partner with dealership leadership to meet and exceed F&I performance goals
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders, manufacturers, and financial institutions
• Deliver a transparent, customer-focused financing experience
• Complete all retail documentation accurately and efficiently

 

Finance Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager required, luxury preferred
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (ERA), ADP, RouteOne, and eLeads preferred
• Proven ability to complete all retail deliveries and required documentation
• Ability to lead and influence sales teams to improve profitability and exceed performance goals
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office, internet proficiency, and basic math skills
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
