Community Manager

THE ROLE
You'll spend your days in Trybe, our creator Facebook group, the Facelove Instagram and TikTok inboxes, Shopify (every sample is an order) and a tracker in ClickUp, talking to creators and following up on videos. You'll also start the Facelove Inner Circle, a group of US customers who test our products before launch.

This is a role for someone who has run a creator program or a brand community before and likes it. Posting content for a page, or growing your own account, is a different job. We want someone who knows creators by name, chases the video politely the third time, and can tell from a creator's numbers whether she'll deliver.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The job splits into four areas: the creator program (about 30%), the creator community (30%), launch seeding (25%) and the Inner Circle (15%). The common thread is relationships that produce videos and feedback, not posts.

Creator program

• Every creator in the program is one we chose. Review applications against clear criteria (output and sales, not follower counts) and approve only those who fit.
• Every sample turns into a video. Track each sample from order to post, and follow up personally until the video is in or the creator comes off the roster.
• Lead the outreach. A Junior Affiliate Manager does the volume outreach and reports to you. You decide who they target and what they say, and you review their reply and approval numbers every week.
• Answer creators within a day, on Instagram, TikTok, Trybe and in the group.

Creator community

• Run the private Facebook group where our creators talk to each other. Rules, a welcome for every new creator, and a weekly rhythm of briefs, wins and announcements.
• Make it worth staying. Spotlight the creators doing well and share what's working, so every creator gets better and feels noticed.
• One place for announcements. Launches, new briefs and program changes reach every creator at once.

Launch seeding

• Build a standing roster of 20 to 30 proven creators who get every launch and make several videos each.
• Plan each seeding round backwards from the launch date. Who gets what, when samples ship, when videos are due. The first is 14 Days of Valentine in February.
• Get the strongest videos to our creative team so they can run them as ads.

Facelove Inner Circle

• Set up and run the Inner Circle, a group of US customers who test products before launch, through email and a private Facebook group.
• Turn what testers say into something product development can act on: patterns, counts and quotes after every test round, not a pile of comments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years running a brand's creator, ambassador or affiliate program, or a brand community - Names the brand, the platform and the size, and a number they moved: active members, videos delivered, creator GMV. Not a social media posting VA role, not a personal page.
• Warm, natural written English for women 45+ - The written answers read like a person, not a template. The sample DM is specific to the creator and would not embarrass us if she screenshotted it.
• Volume outreach without losing quality - Can give their real numbers: messages a day, reply rate, and what they changed when replies dropped. Comfortable with 100 a day and most of them unanswered.
• Reads creator data, not follower counts - Explains why a 6K-follower creator with steady output and sales beats a 180K creator with neither. Knows GMV, approval rate and posting consistency.
• Facebook group admin - Has set up and run a group: membership questions, rules, admin and moderator roles, post approval, insights. Knows what they'd do with a member who spams links.
• Follow-through on samples - Has a system (sheet or CRM) that tracks every sample from order to video, and a way of chasing that stays friendly the third time.
• Organized at volume - Keeps a tracker other people can read. Nothing lives only in someone's DMs.
• Working hours - 09:00 to 18:00 CET, Monday to Friday (16:00 to 01:00 Manila), with a reliable connection and a quiet workspace.

NICE TO HAVE

• You've run a TikTok Shop affiliate program, or used Trybe or a similar creator platform.
• Beauty, skincare or wellness brands, especially ones for women over 40.
• You've run a product tester group or customer panel.
• Canva for simple group graphics.
• Basic Shopify order handling.
