As a Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for our service customers, helping them understand their vehicle's needs while delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do

• Greet customers promptly and professionally while providing an exceptional service experience.

• Perform vehicle walk-arounds with customers during the check-in process.

• Review customer concerns and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs.

• Prepare accurate repair orders and obtain all necessary customer and vehicle information.

• Communicate recommended services, repair updates, and estimated completion times.

• Educate customers on vehicle maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services.

• Work closely with technicians and the service department team to ensure timely and quality repairs.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.

What You'll Bring

• Previous automotive dealership or service advisor experience preferred.

• Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills.

• Basic automotive knowledge and the ability to explain vehicle repairs and maintenance.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

• Valid driver's license and ability to meet dealership insurance requirements.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
