Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift

If you like a fast-moving warehouse where accuracy matters, teammates have each other's backs, and your work keeps the whole operation moving, we'd like to meet you.

A Little About Us

Plumbers Supply Co. has been a family-owned business in Louisville for more than 105 years. We've lasted because we take care of our customers and the people who work here. When you join our team, you're not just a number on a pick ticket.

What we care about:

• Getting it right, and getting it out the door on time
• Looking out for each other, and safety every single shift
• Finding smarter ways to work and staying flexible when things change

Sound Like Your Kind of Job?

• You like knowing the right product is in the right spot, every time.
• You're happiest when you're solving problems alongside a good crew.
• You see something that needs doing and you just do it, without waiting to be asked. If you need a to-do list handed to you, this probably isn't the fit.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Put away incoming product quickly and accurately with an RF scanner
• Keep primary bins stocked by replenishing from Overstock locations
• Track down inventory discrepancies and get them resolved
• Run a stand-up forklift and other warehouse equipment safely
• Keep your work area clean and organized so the whole team can move safely and efficiently

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• Forklift certification and experience, including order selector (cherry picker)
• 1+ year of warehouse experience (preferred)
• Basic computer skills and comfort with inventory management systems
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and more with help when needed
• Comfort working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
• Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude

What You Get

We offer competitive pay and a solid benefits package that includes health insurance, paid holidays, vacation, and a 401(k) with company match.
